How we handle availability
One snapshot, one set of numbers. The badge on each practice and the line above are read from the same file, so they cannot disagree.

Most people arrive with a Heilmittelverordnung from their doctor. Here is what happens with it.
Photograph both sides and attach it to a booking request, or bring it to reception. We check that the remedy, the number of sessions and the dates are workable before we give you a time.
If your practice is booked out, reception looks at the other five. Prescriptions must normally begin within 28 days of the date the doctor signed them — 14 days when the doctor has marked urgent need — so the earliest start matters.
You keep one therapist for the whole prescription wherever the rota allows, and you leave the first appointment with your home exercises written down.
Prices for self-payers and private patients. With a statutory prescription you pay the co-payment instead — see the fee page.
KG
€3020 min
Active and passive exercise therapy for joints, muscles and posture — the treatment most prescriptions are written for.
MT
€3625 min
Hands-on mobilisation of single joints and the surrounding soft tissue, given by therapists with the manual therapy certificate.
KMT
€2920 min
Classical massage of a defined body region to reduce muscle tone — prescribable, and also bookable as a self-pay appointment.
A chain is only worth anything to a patient if the practices actually talk to each other. Your documentation, your prescription history and your exercise plan sit in one file that every REGIO practice can open, so a stand-in in Waltrop is not starting from a blank page. You decide at the first appointment whether your file may be seen at the other five practices, and you can withdraw that at any time.
Feedback collected in our own practices. We do not display an aggregated star rating here, because we cannot verify one for you.
Showing details for Westerfilde.
Westerfilde is where REGIO started in 2009 and it is still the largest of the six practices: eight treatment rooms on two floors, a 140 m² training floor for equipment-assisted rehabilitation, and a separate quiet room for lymphatic drainage. Because the S-Bahn stops three minutes away, this is the practice most patients from the northern districts pick when their own practice is fully booked.

Shoulder after a fall. I got the same therapist for all ten sessions, which mattered more than I expected.

The 7 a.m. slots mean I am at work by nine. That is the whole reason I stayed with this practice.

The pages on this site describe treatments we offer. They are general information, not medical advice, and reading them cannot replace an examination. We do not make diagnoses on this website and we cannot promise a particular outcome from any treatment — physiotherapy works differently for different people. Speak to your doctor about whether a treatment suits you.
This page describes treatments; it is not medical advice and does not diagnose anything. Whether a treatment is right for you is a decision for you and your doctor.
Tell us what you have, where you are and when you can come. Reception will suggest a practice and a time — usually within one working day.
